Weekly Fulfillment Update.

Hi guys,
a brief update on the fulfillment status.

Australia Backers: fulfilled.

Asia backers: all packages have been sent (someone has already received), if someone has not received their own tracking code, please write to us at [email protected].

America - Canada - RoW backers: the container has stopped at the Oakland customs port since December 17. Unfortunately there are delays due to too much work (and holidays). Funagain informs us that the situation should unblock on January 3rd. If all goes well, shipments to the backers will start soon after.

Europe: the ship is now arriving at the Italian port, followed by customs clearance. Shipments should start (if all goes well) in the week after 6 January.
We will update you, as always, as soon as we have new information.

Hi guys, FWC-App Editor is online! You can access directly from our FWC web page by clicking on the "Access Web App" button. We recommend using the Chrome browser for this first month of use, while we complete the optimization for other popular browsers.

Hi guys,
We have decided to make the FWC APP-Editor OPEN to everybody FROM 25 DECEMBER for a period of 30 days, so even those who have not yet had the box can use the APP and who does not yet know the product, will be able to see it.
So, starting from the day of Christmas, on our web page, a button will be active to enter and fully use the APP.
From the end of January, access to the APP will be exclusive for all those who have their own code (or codes, because we remember that more codes will unlock more content) already present in the box. For the moment the "drawing on tiles" function is still deactivated, but it will be implemented within a couple of weeks at the most. The section in which to use the "Equipment Sheet", however, is already active.
We hope we have made an appreciated gift to you.

A brief update on fulfillment.
- FWC has been delivered to all Australia and New Zealand backers! If anyone has had a problem, please write to us ([email protected]).

Funagain has updated us this morning: the container for USA - Canada - rest of the world (South America, Central America, Africa and the Middle East), will arrive at their hub on December 21st. Soon after, the pick & pack and the shipments will start (holidays permitting).

The ship to the EU is now passing near Sri Lanka. Arrival in Italy is always scheduled for December 22nd. We will begin shipping to the EU after January 6th.

The packages from the Asian hub were all shipped. We are waiting for the tracking codes from Funagain.
Please note that all shipping will have a tracking that will be provided, so you will be notified when your package is leaving.

Hi guys,
in this update we update you on the progress of fulfillment.
We try to be as clear as possible.
We kindly ask you to trust our constant updates and to read everything carefully.
We will let you know when we have exact dates.

The ship to Australia and New Zealand has arrived at the Sydney port and is under customs. Shipments will be managed by Aetherworks.
- The truck with boxes for Asia has reached the Hub in China, we await news about the start of shipments (and related tracking)
- The ship for USA - Canada - rest of the world (South America, Central America, Africa and the Middle East) arrived at the port of Los Angeles on December 9th. It is now under customs. After customs the container will reach the Oregon where the Funagain Games will start the pick and pack.

The ship for Europe is now passing near Malaysia. The arrival at the port of Ravenna (Italy) is scheduled for December 22nd. Shipments for the European Union and neighboring non-EU countries will start after January 6th and will be managed directly by us (Gamestart) using the GLS - Parcel courier.
Please note that all shipping will have a tracking that will be provided, so you will be notified when your package is leaving.
